What's next for BearNaked?

 

I am currently learning about essential oils and the benefit their uses topically and internally in order to improve overall health and wellness.  I have enjoyed using essential oils in my bath products for many years both for their smells and the limited benefits that I knew about them.  I have made it a goal of mine to learn even more about a variety of individual oils, how different oils can be blended together, how different means of application can improve the benefits of an oil, etc.

 

For example, clove essential oil has antiviral and antifungal qualities.  This combined with a pumice stone would be very effective for used on dry, cracked heels, as well as in small bath bombs for use in personal pedicures/foot soaks. 

 

Eucalyptus essential oil is great to use as an inhalent for respiratory illnesses.  A soak in a tub with a bath bomb infused with with lavendar and eucalyptus would not only be relaxing before bedtime (lavendar helps to promote sleep) but also help promote an open airway to make sleeping more comfortable.
